Bibendum is a wine shop where you can purchase bottles from a wide selection of wineries, ranging from Liguria to other Italian regions. It's also a place to pause and enjoy the renowned local delicacies.

As you enter, your eyes are drawn to bright and inviting wrought-iron bottle racks, which like open treasure chests hold precious gems waiting to be discovered.

The Cellar

The wine selection is the result of careful evaluation and meticulous research carried out by Alberto and Federico, characterized by their customary seriousness and expertise.

Their passion for wineries and grape varieties that embody the noble local winemaking heritage blends seamlessly with their curiosity and openness toward the industry's most exciting new trends. The section dedicated to wines from the rest of Italy is particularly extensive, featuring whites, reds, and sparkling wines, with special attention given to producers from Lombardy, Piedmont, Veneto, Friuli, and Tuscany.

 

A small yet thoughtful space is reserved for sweet dessert wines ("passiti"), which have attracted increasing interest in recent years. The list would not be complete without an original selection of traditional grappas and local liqueurs.

   

Tastings

If you find yourself feeling undecided when presented with such a broad and enticing selection, the best suggestion is to slow down, take a seat, and taste.

Bibendum offers tastings paired with carefully selected local gourmet products, including walnut sauces, Taggiasca olive pâté, eggplant, mushrooms in oil, and other delicacies, all accompanied by traditional crostini.

 

The "5 Wine Tasting" experience, priced at 25 euros, includes five glasses of wine, local food tastings, and a 10% discount on purchases of bottles and gourmet products.
